Educators pour every ounce of their heart and soul in to their daily work. This often includes long hours, longer days, and even longer weeks. If we're not careful, this cycle can lead to burn out before we even realize what's happening. In this session, educators will learn about ways to prevent burn out through self - care and intentional uses of time. Self - care is an important use of time for all educators, all year long!
