Counselors play an integral role in the implementation of Second Step on campus. This BEGINNER level course will provide counselors who are working with campuses as they integrate Second Step on campus for the first time. Counselors with little prior knowledge of Second Step should attend this session.
This session will provide counselors with tips, tools, and tricks to support a campus wide implementation on campus. Counselors will leave this session with a network of resources, the RRISD SEL framework, and materials to help teachers be successful in their classrooms.
