“Dr. Miguel Millan & Christopher Jammer of Airrosti Rehab Centers will be joining us Monday, July 30th from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM hosting a foam rolling class for our RRISD Dance Educators. They’ll learn how this valuable tool can increase flexibility, blood flow and circulation, while reducing injuries or pain. Not to mention, keep dancers doing what they love doing! Learn how the foam roller not only helps with injury resolution but is vital in injury prevention! If you are not familiar; Airrosti, is a conservative, non-invasive approach for pain/injuries. Typical injury resolutions are experienced on average, within 3 visits!”
